Prof. Qinghua Hu

 Qinghua Hu is Dean of School of Artificial Intelligence, the Vice Chairman of Tianjin Branch of China Computer Federation, the Vice Directior of SIG Granular Computing and Knowledge Discovery, Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence. He is Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems,ACTA AUTOMATICA SINICA,Engergies . He now is supported by Key Program, National Natural Science Foundation of China. His research is focused on uncertainty modeling in big data, machine learning with multi-modality data, intelligent unmanned systems. He has published more than 200 peer-reviewed papers.

Liang Jiyue: Ph.D., Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, IEEE Fellow, Fellow of the Chinese Computer Society (CCF), Fellow of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), Chair of the Academic Committee at Shanxi University, Director of the Key Laboratory of Computational Intelligence and Chinese Information Processing (Ministry of Education) at Shanxi University. Formerly served as Vice President of Shanxi University and President of Taiyuan Normal University. Currently serves as: Member of the Specialized Committee on Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain/Science and Technology Ethics under the Ministry of Education's Science and Technology Commission; Member of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Computer Science Programs under the Ministry of Education; Council Member of the Chinese Computer Society (CCF); Council Member of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI); Director of the CCF Technical Committee on Artificial Intelligence and Pattern Recognition; President of the Shanxi Provincial Computer Society; and recipient of the State Council Special Government Allowance. Editorial board member for international journals Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence and International Journal of Computer Science and Knowledge Engineering, as well as domestic journals Computer Research and Development and Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence. Leader of Shanxi Province's Outstanding Innovative Teams in Higher Education and one of Shanxi's first Key Teams for Scientific and Technological Innovation. He has been selected for Shanxi Province's “Sanjin Talents” Support Program as a High-End Leading Talent, recognized as a Young and Middle-Aged Top Innovative Talent in Shanxi Higher Education Institutions, and included in the Shanxi New Century Academic and Technical Leaders 333 Talent Project. He has received numerous honors including the Shanxi May 1st Labor Medal, the 5th Shanxi Young Scientist Award, Shanxi Model Teacher, and Outstanding Graduate Advisor in Shanxi Province.

Prof. Duoqian Miao, IRSS/CAAI Fellow

Tongji University, China

Miao Duqian, Fellow of the International Rough Set Society (IRSS Fellow) and Fellow of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI Fellow). Currently serves as Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in the Department of Computer Science at Tongji University; Program Director for Data Science and Big Data Technology; Chair of the Academic Affairs Committee for the Department of Computer Science; Vice Chair of the Academic Committee and Member of the Degree Committee for the School of Electronic Engineering; Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Embedded Systems and Service Computing under the Ministry of Education. Previously served as Chair of the Department of Computer Science, Vice Dean of the School of Telecommunication Engineering, and Director of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for Computer and Information Technology.

Primary research areas encompass artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics, text and image understanding, and granular computing. Research topics include object detection, natural language processing, intelligent video analysis, multi-granularity modeling, and uncertainty analysis. He has published over 180 SCI-indexed papers in prestigious domestic and international academic journals and conferences, including 4 ESI highly cited papers. He has authored 12 textbooks and academic monographs and holds over 20 authorized patents. He has completed 6 National Natural Science Foundation projects and is currently leading 1 National Key R&D Program project, 1 Major Research Program project of the Ministry of Public Security, and 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects.

Prof. Yuhua Qian,

Shanxi University, China

Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, serves as Director of the Office of Science and Technology at Shanxi University, Head of the University's Big Data Science and Industry Research Institute, and Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Computational Intelligence and Chinese Information Processing under the Ministry of Education. His research focuses on artificial intelligence, big data, data mining, and machine learning. National High-Level Talent, Highly Cited Scientist, Recipient of the National Excellent Youth Fund, Sanjin Scholar, Shanxi Province Young and Middle-Aged Elite Innovative Talent, Ministry of Education New Century Talent, Shanxi Province Academic and Technical Leader, Senior Expert Contacted by the Provincial Party Committee, Shanxi Province Young Academic Leader. Prof. Shuo Shang, 

University of Electronic Science And Technology of China, China

Professor Shuo Shang, PhD/Master's Supervisor, Head of the Spatio-Temporal Big Data and Intelligence Team, is a National-Level Young Talent, Sichuan Province Distinguished Expert, Beijing Science and Technology Rising Star, and Beijing Outstanding Talent. He previously served as Senior Scientist and Director of Data Mining Research at the UAE Artificial Intelligence Research Institute. He was an expert reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2023 and 2024. He earned his bachelor's degree from Peking University and his PhD from The University of Queensland, Australia. Research interests encompass big data, large-scale models, artificial intelligence, intelligent spatiotemporal computing, intelligent public opinion analysis, and social computing. He has published over 100 papers in related fields, including more than 70 in CCF Class A journals, 3 ESI highly cited/hot papers, and 11 Google Metrics high-impact papers. His work has garnered over 5,000 citations on Google Scholar and more than 2,000 SCI citations. Recipient of the DASFAA 2024 Second Best Paper Award and the sole Best Paper Award at WISE 2017. Serves as an Associate Editor for 12 international SCI journals and has long been a Program Committee member for CCF Class A conferences including SIGMOD, VLDB, ICDE, KDD, AAAI, and IJCAI (Senior). He leads one National Natural Science Foundation of China Key Project (Intelligent Public Opinion Analysis) and two Key Project Sub-projects (Large Graph Data Management, In-Memory System Architecture).
